Pilates

Two of our licensed Physical Therapists are Certified Pilates Instructors. Thorough musculoskeletal evaluations ensure that the exercises meet your precise needs. We offer private, individualized Pilates training one-to-one with our experienced, certified Physical Therapist instructor, but semi-private two-to-one classes can also be arranged.

Pilates exercises, when carefully taught and properly supervised, can promote overall flexibility, balance, and strength. They encourage flexibility and elongation of the spine while strengthening your “posture” muscles. They can be a great addition to your current fitness routine.
