Location

From the 405 Southbound:
Exit Springdale, travel South (right) for approximately two miles. Turn left on Edinger. We are on the right side, next to Jack-in-the-Box.

From the 405 Northbound:
Exit Beach Blvd. going South. Turn right on Edinger and travel approximately two miles. We are on the left side, just before Springdale, next to Jack-in-the-Box.

Please bring or wear appropriate clothing such as tank top or shorts for shoulder and knee programs and comfortable exercise clothes for spine programs.
