  • National Board Certification as an Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) since 1992
  • 40 years experience in the field of Orthopedic Physical Therapy
  • Degree in Physical Therapy, California State University, Long Beach (1980)
  • Specialization in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Complex Spine Care
  • Specialized Training in Visceral, Neural, and Vascular Mobilization
  • When Cindy is not sharing her passion in Physical Therapy, she is usually scuba diving

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree, Chapman University (2006)
  • 15 years’ experience in the field of Orthopedic Physical Therapy
  • Volunteer in clinical research and teaching assistant anatomy and musculoskeletal pathology, University of California, San Francisco
  • Specialization in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Exercise Training, Folsom Physical Therapy
  • Specialized training in Sensory Integration Techniques, Neuro Orthopedic Institute
  • 200 hours Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher
  • In Trina’s free time she loves learning about growing food in her garden, learning to surf, and hiking in the Sierras.
