- Owner and Director of OSCPT since 1992.
- National Board Certification as an Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) since 1992
- 40 years experience in the field of Orthopedic Physical Therapy
- Degree in Physical Therapy, California State University, Long Beach (1980)
- Specialization in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Complex Spine Care
- Specialized Training in Visceral, Neural, and Vascular Mobilization
- When Cindy is not sharing her passion in Physical Therapy, she is usually scuba diving

Trina Mann, PT, DPT, OCS
- National Board Certification as an Orthopedic Specialist (OSC) since 2009
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree, Chapman University (2006)
- 15 years’ experience in the field of Orthopedic Physical Therapy
- Volunteer in clinical research and teaching assistant anatomy and musculoskeletal pathology, University of California, San Francisco
- Specialization in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Exercise Training, Folsom Physical Therapy
- Specialized training in Sensory Integration Techniques, Neuro Orthopedic Institute
- 200 hours Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher
- In Trina’s free time she loves learning about growing food in her garden, learning to surf, and hiking in the Sierras.
